We want you to be completely satisfied with your Rachel Gilbert purchase. We offer returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided the garment is in its original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the garment in its original packaging, ensuring the security ribbon and designer tags remain intact and untampered with.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Lodge your return at any authorized postal location and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
